A Cry For Justice

July 15, 2020 | Darrell Hutto

Can we see what is happening around us and not be affected?

Are we going to be like the frog gradually being boiled in the water and not know it?

Do we sit and watch while wickedness overtakes the righteous?

Listen to the voice of one crying out in the book of Ezekiel chapter 3 verse 17,
“Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for Israel. Whenever you receive a message
from Me, warn My people immediately.”

The cry is going out for the Body of Christ to wake up!

This morning as I read in Genesis, I was urgently moved to share this with you, the children of God.

The word URGENTLY means: calling for immediate attention, an appeal... In Genesis 18, the Bible says: Yahweh explained to Abraham, “The outcry for justice against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so blatant that I must go down and see if their wicked actions are as great as the outrage that has come to me, and if not, then I will know.” The Scripture says, “the outcry for justice “.

This is the answer my friends.

It is to humbly come before our Heavenly Father, and cry out for justice. This is not a physical battle we are fighting as the media so effectively portrays. It is a Spiritual battle that can be fought and won in the Spirit.

We must NOT be a people of compromise.

We must BE RESOLVED in what we know to be Truth.

As California leadership bans open worship in their churches, we must remember the word of God. We are to worship in Spirit and in Truth. Worship cannot be contained because it comes from the innermost heart of mankind. Out of the abundance of the heart, the Bible says, “we speak”. A child of God cannot keep silent what God has birthed in our hearts. Only those who have no relationship with Jesus can keep quiet. Worship cannot be surrendered for the true children of God.

Precious saints of God, let your voice be heard, in Spirit and in Truth.

Let our Heaven Father hear the outcry for justice be heard from the hearts of His people. Our outcry must be done with sincerity and humility. The Scripture tells us “I cried unto the Lord, He heard me and delivered me from all my fears”. Dear friends, satan has a pure hatred for the people of God just as God our Father has a pure love for His children. Let us lift up our voices and never hold our peace until the Body of Christ, the church is delivered and God's mighty power is made public. As Isaiah 62:6 gave command, “Jerusalem, I have stationed intercessors on your walls who will never be silent, day or night. you reminders of Yahweh, take no rest, and tirelessly give God no rest, until He firmly establishes Jerusalem and makes her a praise in the earth.” Children of God, this is our highest mandate. This is our time to fight the good fight of faith. This is our hour to humble ourselves before our Lord and cry out on behalf of those blinded and seduced by satan.

We must not let the flesh be fueled by unrighteous anger, resentment or hatred.

We are children of God.

We have a new nature created in righteousness and will walk a new walk bathed in love. My friends, prayer is not a sign of weakness. It is proof that we trust the One who Is the Creator of all and proof that we acknowledge His strength! The scripture says that some trust in horses, some in chariots, but we will trust in the Name of the Lord.

Physical strength, physical power is no match for Spiritual power and Spiritual strength.

Body of Christ, let us rise up, take our place and be the salt of the earth we were created to be. Let your voice be heard and the cry of your heart be one of humility.
